AMBOY presents one night of local Filipino chefs who will each showcase their favorite Filipino street food dish. Guests will get to sit through this multiple course dinner full of vibrant flavors of this cuisine, and experience a fun representation of Filipino street food.

You are in for a treat with Chef Isa Fabro’s Filipino Dessert Night, where she and guest chefs will showcase their favorite Filipino sweets. This unique dessert experience will show you how and why the current breakout in Filipino desserts is something you need to be a part of.

AMBOY takes on the traditional dinner and a movie night. Join us for a special night with a six-course dinner presented by Filipino chefs, who will each make one course using their culinary techniques and cultural background. Guests in attendance will also receive a VIP ticket to the premier of ULAM — a Filipino food documentary, playing at the Million Dollar Theatre on Saturday, May 20.

AMBOY presents the Lechon Festival, where six chefs will compete and be given the chance to show their version of our beloved lechon, a traditional suckling pork dish. You can be the judge and get to vote for the best version of lechon in Los Angeles.
